The Yorkshire Financial Awards ceremony is coming to Leeds
The evening is a black-tie event that includes a welcome reception, three-course meal, the awards ceremony and after-party.
All of this takes place at New Dock Hall, a stone’s throw from the heart of Leeds and part of the city’s glittering new Clarence Dock development.
In 2025 we also launched Yorkshire Financial News, the go to news site keeping the finance community within the region up-to-date on the latest victories, client wins, firm expansions and appointments, as well as all of the corporate social responsibility work being undertaken on behalf of worthy causes and charities.
The launch of this much anticipated news site now allows businesses to have much greater exposure all year around.

What time do the awards begin?
The Yorkshire Financial Awards are scheduled to begin at 7.00pm sharp, running until late.
What is the structure of the evening?
The evening begins with a champagne reception. Dinner follows, with the awards and then entertainment to end the evening.
Is there a set menu?
Yes, across three courses. But individual dietary requirements are catered for. Let us know when you book your tickets / confirm who will be attending.

For our 2026 event, Chris Cox hosed our awards with a very unique act. Chris is the only mind-reader in history to have starred on Broadway, sold out twenty-two shows at Sydney Opera House, and performed four seasons at London’s West End. The Guardian believes he is “one of the most exciting entertainers in Britain”, while Time Out thinks, “he does tricks that would make Jesus proud”.
Chris stars in the world’s biggest magic show The Illusionists. He also created, hosted, and headlined Wonderville at the Palace Theatre in London’s West End. He’s written and performed five critically acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe Festival shows, four solo UK Tours, two extended sell-out runs at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival, and won two Edinburgh Fringe Awards, and a Best Comedy Show award. He also starred as Muddles alongside Warwick Davis in Snow White & The Seven Dwarf and has performed at Shakespeare’s Globe, Latitude, and the Reading & Leeds Festivals.
As well as starring in his own BBC shows Chris Cox’s Mind-Boggling Magic and Killer Magic, he has appeared on Blue Peter, America’s Got Talent, Heston Blumenthal’s Recipe For Romance, and The Secret Of Star Wars, and
was part of the BAFTA nominated team who brought magic to BBC One’s Merlin. He has also read One Direction’s
minds at the BBC Music Awards.

The Awards is a ticketless event. You have seats allocated for you and your party; simply find them on the table plan and take your seats.

Is there parking?
There are several car parks within walking distance of the venue with an onsite car park hosting 1250 parking spaces.
Blue badge holders are permitted to park on Armouries Drive free of charge. Parking in this location is subject to availability so please call ahead on +44 113 220 1990 to enquire.
Disabled passengers arriving by taxis or alternative vehicles may disembark on Museum Square.
Alternatively, the nearest Blue Badge disabled parking bay is located Armouries drive in the multi-storey car park.
The venue has 20 cycle parking bays available for use free of charge as well as a cycle repair kit on Armouries drive.
